No. All consultations and document collection happen remotely via secure video call, email, and our client portal. You never need to travel to our Brisbane office unless you prefer in-person meetings.
Initial consultation happens within 48 hours of service selection. If you're eligible and have basic documents ready, we can lodge your application within 5-7 business days.

Yes. For services over $400, we offer a 50% deposit with the remainder due when your application is lodged. Contact us to arrange alternative payment structures if needed.
If rejection happens due to our error or incomplete submission, we'll handle the reapplication at no additional cost. If you were genuinely ineligible despite meeting initial criteria, we'll refund 50% of your service fee.
